The impulse safety device is used in power station boilers or pressure vessels to prevent the medium pressure from exceeding the allowable value to ensure the safety of the boiler or pressure vessel.
The impulse safety device is used in conjunction with the pulse safety valve and the main safety valve. It has the characteristics of large discharge capacity, convenient adjustment, dual protection of machinery and electrical appliances, and convenient installation and maintenance.
When the medium pressure is lower than the set pressure, the pulse safety valve is sealed under the action of spring force or heavy hammer), and the main safety valve is sealed under the action of the medium pressure. When the medium pressure exceeds the set pressure, the pulse safety valve opens and the steam enters the main The safety valve piston chamber opens the main safety valve, and when the pressure drops to the seat value, the pulse safety valve closes to cut off the steam entering the piston chamber of the main safety valve. The main safety valve closes automatically under the force of the spring and the medium. .
1. The impulse safety device is as shown in the figure, which is mainly composed of pulse safety valve, main safety threshold, stop valve, throttle valve and so on.
2. The pulse safety valve is spring type or heavy hammer lever type. The opening pressure of the safety device can be adjusted by adjusting the spring compression or adjusting the position of the heavy hammer on the lever. The pulse safety valve is also equipped with an electromagnet for opening or closing, so that the actions of machinery and electrical appliances do not interfere with each other.
3. The main safety valve structure is shown in the figure. The exhaust end is a flange connection form, which is mainly composed of valve body, buffer valve, piston chamber, valve clack and other parts. The valve adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance. The buffer valve plays a buffer role during the action of the main safety valve to avoid damage to the sealing surface or the valve disc.
4. The upper part of the pulse safety valve is equipped with an opening and closing electromagnet. The closing electromagnet can not be energized normally, but when the valve sealing surface leaks, it can be energized for a long time to seal the valve, or when the mechanical adjustment return pressure is too low, connect it. Energizing the power to promote the valve disc to return to seat to obtain a higher return pressure.
1. The main safety valve should be installed and used in conjunction with the impulse safety valve. A long distance should be kept between the outlet pipe of the impulse safety valve and the inlet pipe of the main safety valve. The distance between the electrical contact pressure gauge and the inlet pipe of the main safety valve shall not be less than 5 times the inlet diameter of the main safety valve to avoid the main safety valve. During the operation, the working stability of the electric contact pressure gauge and the impulse safety valve is affected by the exhaust gas.
2. Before installing the impulse safety valve, the pipeline must be flushed clean.
3. The main safety valve and the impulse safety valve must be installed vertically. After the main safety valve is installed and welded, local heat treatment is required.
4. The main safety threshold should be sturdy on the frame. The frame should be able to withstand the reaction force generated when the main safety valve is exhausted. The exhaust pipe of the main safety valve should have a special hanger to avoid the weight and other effects of the exhaust pipe. The force acts on the main safety valve and the connecting flange between the main safety valve and the exhaust pipe. At the lowest point of the exhaust pipe, drainage should be considered to avoid water hammer when the main safety valve is exhausted. The three rings of packing on the upper part of the piston chamber of the main safety valve must be compressed until the lower plane of the packing gland is in contact with the upper plane of the piston, and then the compression bolts are fixed with thin iron wires to avoid leakage and the main valve refuses to jump.
5. The impulse safety valve is mounted on a special bracket together with the electromagnet. The lever on the valve and the electromagnet should be connected flexibly without jamming. The impulse valve should be installed in a place that is convenient for maintenance and debugging, with little dust, dry air, and no vibration. The ambient temperature should not be higher than 70°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
In order to ensure that the spring-type impulse moves safely and freely, the distance between the arc part of the head of the impulse safety valve return lever and the end of the impulse safety valve stem should be adjusted to: the actual stroke of the impulse safety valve +1mm (tighten with M10 on the top of the shield) Screw adjustment).
