PTFE lined flame arrester

The PTFE lined flame arrester is installed in the special pipeline of strong acid and alkali to meet the needs of some corrosive environments with strong acid and strong alkali, petroleum, chemical industry, food and other special fields. It is installed in the valve of the conventional flame arrestor. It is lined with PTFE to isolate the medium from the valve body and achieve the anti-corrosion effect. This product adopts high temperature molding process of lining fluorine plastic, and is coated with a layer of anti-corrosion materials such as polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA), etc., which can completely cut off the corrosiveness. The contact between the medium and the valve body shell ensures the safety of pipeline transportation.
